Van Eaton Ready Mix maintains a cutting edge state-of-the-art Quality Control Laboratory that operates under strict guidelines conforming to the American Concrete Institute (ACI) specifications as well as all applicable standards of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO). Van Eaton’s Quality Control program is a leader in the industry. Our Laboratory contains the latest technology and computer analysis of all testing performed.

Concrete testing is performed on a continual basis to ensure that all performance criteria of our concrete is meeting and exceeding the performance criteria. Our Quality Control program is a proactive system designed to ensure the Quality of everything we produce. This includes testing on the constituent materials to ensure long term durability and performance. Our customers have the assurance and confidence that ALL of the concrete we produce is heavily scrutinized for Quality and Performance.

In addition to continuous quality control testing, Van Eaton’s Laboratory also performs research and design testing. Our laboratory can perform unique Concrete Mix Designs for specific job requirements and applications. In addition, all of our permanent concrete plants maintain National Ready Mixed Concrete Association (NRMCA) certifications.
