Van Eaton Ready Mix operates an AASHTO-accredited concrete lab backed by an experienced Quality Control team that monitors materials, mix designs and concrete performance throughout production. From everyday ready mix to complex commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects, our team provides the testing and technical expertise needed to help keep quality consistent from the first batch to the final pour.
Quality Built Into Every Batch
Quality control is an ongoing part of our production process. Concrete and constituent materials are tested regularly to evaluate consistency, performance and long-term durability.
Our laboratory follows applicable ACI, ASTM and AASHTO standards and uses testing and analysis to support dependable concrete production. All Van Eaton permanent concrete plants also maintain NRMCA certifications.
